Quality Control Dispensary is committed to ensuring that our website and retail locations are accessible to all customers, including those with disabilities. We strive to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards and applicable accessibility laws.
Website Accessibility
We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our website. Current accessibility features include:
- Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy
- Alt text on all informational images
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
- Keyboard navigable menus and interactive elements
- Responsive design that works across screen sizes and devices
- Links and buttons with descriptive labels
In-Store Accessibility
Both Quality Control Dispensary locations are designed to be welcoming and accessible:
Brooklyn — 3169 Coney Island Ave
- Ground floor retail level — no stairs required to enter or shop
- Wide aisles and display areas
- Staff available to assist customers with any needs
Staten Island — 1172 Victory Blvd #4
- Ground floor accessible entrance
- Accessible parking available in the adjoining lot
- Staff available to assist customers with any needs
Delivery as an Accessibility Option
Our same-day cannabis delivery service is available across South Brooklyn and all of Staten Island. If visiting our stores in person is difficult, delivery may be a convenient alternative. Visit our Delivery page to check your address, or call either location to arrange your order by phone.

Known Limitations
We acknowledge that some areas of our website may not yet fully meet all accessibility standards. We are committed to addressing these issues as part of our ongoing improvement efforts. Known areas under review include:
- Third-party embedded content (Dutchie menu, Google Maps) — accessibility of these embeds is governed by the respective providers
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully screen-reader accessible
