If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to access this website or purchase any products from Quality Control Dispensary. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid government-issued ID confirming they are 21 or older.

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices displayed on our menu are all-inclusive of New York State cannabis tax. What you see is what you pay — no additional charges at checkout or delivery.

Payment is accepted in cash and by debit card. All purchases require valid government-issued photo ID confirming you are 21 or older. The name on the order must match the ID presented at pickup or delivery.

5. Delivery Terms

Cannabis delivery is available to qualifying addresses within our delivery zones. Delivery is subject to minimum order requirements based on your ZIP code. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented to the delivery driver at time of delivery. We are unable to leave orders unattended or deliver to anyone unable to verify they are 21+.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Quality Control Dispensary is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Prohibited Uses

Cannabis products purchased from Quality Control Dispensary are for personal use by adults 21 and older in compliance with New York State law. You may not:

• Resell cannabis products purchased from our stores
• Transport cannabis products across state lines
• Consume cannabis in public spaces, near schools, or in motor vehicles
• Purchase cannabis on behalf of a minor or any person who is not 21+
